agrees to the conditions set forth in the following “Terms of
Use” agreement.
The information on this website is thought to be accurate
and reliable but is not guaranteed. The vast amount
of data and sources contained in this website will contain
some errors, omissions and other flaws and should therefore
be independently verified. The Property Research Center, it’s
owners, associates, or anyone involved shall not be held
liable for any damages arising out of or connected with the
use of this website, other associated websites, email, and
tools. All information provided by the User shall be true
and current.
The User also consents to receive emails, phone calls, faxes
and other communications from the Property Research Center. The
information entered by the User shall be true, accurate, and
shall be kept up to date. Users must be at least 18 years
old and may not be a licensed real estate agent, broker, or
any other type of licensed real estate professional.
The website and associated data is for the private personal
use of our “Clients” and Users may not repackage,
distribute, swap, or make this information commercially
available in any way to any third party, nor assist others
in doing likewise. The data is to be used for the sole
purpose of locating and evaluating property which the
“Client” is interested in and able to purchase.
The “User” confirms that they have not signed an exclusive agency
agreement or made any commitment to another real estate
professional which would hinder them from becoming a client
of the Property Research Center. The “User” agrees to notify the
Property Research Center immediately if such a commitment is made
with the understanding that their site membership will be
terminated.
The “User” promises not to contact “Seller(s)” or enter any
properties located or researched through the Property
Research Center website except via an appointment set by the Property Research
Center.
The “Client” authorizes the Property
Research Center to contact
property owners on their behalf to determine their desire to
sell their property. The “User” also grants the Property
Research Center permission to prepare and submit paperwork and
documents to “User” for their review.
If the “Client” has not received any email or correspondence from the
Property Research Center for a period of one month, then the “User” will no longer be
considered a “Client” of the Property Research Center and may have their access
terminated. If an individual would like their membership reinstated, they may
contact the Property Research Center at

The “User” understands that the Property
Research Center maintains
the right to revoke any “User’s” password and terminate
their membership for any reason consistent with fair housing
laws. This includes but is not limited to misuse of the
site, abusive, abrasive or objectionable language in
communications with agents or others associated with the
site. The “Terms of Use” shall periodically be updated
without notice, by the Property Research Center. “Clients” should
click on the “Terms of Use” link to read the latest version.
